PUBG Mobile Bans 2.2 Million Accounts And 1.5 Million Devices In One Week
PUBG Mobile announced that they have banned 2 million accounts between August 20 to August 27 along with 1.5 million devices.
PUBG Corporation certainly doesn't, and it continues to take action to stomp out cheating in its namesake. According to a recent tweet, the free downloadable game PUBG Mobile saw a staggering 2 million accounts banned during a single week (August 20-27), along with nearly 1.5 million devices.
From August 20th to August 27th, 2,273,152 accounts and 1,424,854 devices have been permanently suspended from accessing our game, out of which these are the reasons:

Battle royale game PUBG Mobile has banned over 2.2 Million players on account of cheating in the game. The crackdown took place within a week, from August 20 to 27. During this one week period, a total of 2,273,152 accounts and 1,424,854 devices were permanently suspended from accessing the game. The reasons for the ban include various forms of cheating employed like Speed Cheats (12%), Auto-Aim Cheats (27%), using X-Ray Vision (32%) and using other forms of cheating (22%). 4% of accounts were banned for modification of area damage while 3% were suspended for modification of character model. An announcement regarding this was made via the Twitter handle of the game.
PUBG doesn’t take kindly to cheaters. We’ve known this for a while. The battle royale recently updated its game with a live view mechanism that makes it harder for players to cheat and there have been instances of players being banned for year together for unscrupulous practices.
